COMPRESSOR JIKOV 4102
General description:
Compressor is twin-cylinder, with flenge design. It is lubricated with pressure oil from engine lubrication system. Compressor does not have own cooling system, it is cooled by surrounding air. Crankshaft is equipped with cone for gear wheel assembly. In box is crankshaft embedded in cylindrical roller bearing and in lid is embedded in ball bearing.
Connecting rod is splitted with insert. Bushing of piston pin is pressed in top little eye of connecting rod. Valve constitutes one entity embedded between cylinder and head of cylinder.
Use:
Compressor Jikov 4102 is designed for assembly on compression ignition engines of medium and heavy trucks (TATRA 813, 815-12 cylinders). It supplis compressed air for necessity of brake system, tire filling.
